Great teams don't just happen. They are built, one day, one week, one year at a time.

Its usually paintballing. This year, our employees traded the office and the field for downtown Whitehorse, taking on a scavenger hunt that had teams working together, thinking on their feet, and having a lot of fun along the way. The evening wrapped up with a delicious dinner courtesy of Yukon Bunsik . 🍽️

Workplace culture is not just a nice thing to have. Companies with strong, healthy cultures retain great people, do great work, and build something that lasts. Last Friday was a reminder of why that matters.

Exciting news for renewable energy in the Yukon.

Two solar arrays with battery energy storage are being constructed at the Coffee Gold Project near Dawson, with operations expected to begin in 2027.

Copper Niisüü Limited Partnership, a development corporation owned by the White River First Nation, and the Government of Yukon have signed an agreement for these systems, offsetting an estimated 580,000 litres of diesel per year.

Solvest is grateful for the opportunity to have played a role in bringing this project to life.
