Were on a roof again, only to find out this home owner had between 1"-12" of blow in insulation, giving a R value of 2.5-25. They made the smart decision of bringing this attic space up to code (R60). We are adding anywhere from 24"-32". This will drastically reduce temperatures in the summer and keep the heat in during the winter. There is still a rebate available for this kind of work.

This was a bathroom renovation for an elderly couple. We removed the bathtub in exchange for a walk in shower. This helps older people take more comfortable showers without the hassle of climbing over the tub or fear of falling. We help seniors age in place!
