This a mechanical room floor makeover we did. The homeowner had taken out the concrete and redid the plumbing in this room to make it more efficient. We came in once the floor had beem repaired, we self leveled the whole floor and then epoxyed the floor. A do it yourself kit you can buy from home hardware for less then 300.

Clean and etch the floor then do the epoxy in 4x4 sections and apply the flakes as you go.

It really changed the look of this mechanical room.

We can also install an epoxy sealer to give the floor that razzle dazzle shine 😀.

Every project has it challenges. To say this one had its challenges would be an understatement.

We had some issues with the cabinets as a result of some miscommunication but I am pleased to report that through some persistence from the team at TimberChic Design and patience from my clients we were able to address all issues and give these people the kitchen they were dreaming about.

Huge shout out to Superior Cabinets who after carefully reviewing all the information and an commitment to customer satisfaction made things right.
