A 5-inch sag in the roof of an Ajax wartime home — gone for good.

This 1940s Ajax home had a roof dipping more than 5 inches through the middle. That's not a shingle problem, it's structural. Our crew cut new tapered rafters, blocked the framing for rigidity, and installed full new plywood decking to take the dip out — then finished the front with new asphalt shingles and the rear with a torch-on flat roof.
