When we started this project, there was an ongoing pool instillation across the street. As we pulled off the site today, I watched the other contractor still shoveling 3/4 clear stone into wheelbarrows. A note to all homeowners, you may be able to find a cheaper contractor but it could cost you your sanity.

After a small delay, the brick has arrived and is flying down on our Brooklin project. Once the brick is down we will install the liner and these customers can spend the rest of their summer days poolside!

Concrete is a craft that, to many people, seems so simple. They see the finished product and have no idea the hours of planning and preparation that went into it. It always reminds me of the farm hand who can "sleep through the storm." If you don't know the story look it up and you'll understand.
