I had the pleasure of refreshing a condo unit for a client of mine. She was embarking on a new journey and wanted to create a space where it felt like home. Check out the Before and After! The transformation turned out amazing!!! Here’s what was done:

• Replaced Laminate With Vinyl Flooring
• Replaced Quarter Round with Shoe Mould
• Re-grouted Kitchen & Bath Tile
• Popcorn Ceiling Removal
• Painted All Ceilings, Walls, Trim & Doors
• Replaced Door Hardware
• Repaired Cabinetry
• Repaired All Interior Doors
• Installed New Shower Fixture
• Installed New Toilet
• Installed New Vanity & Faucet
• Installed New Mirror
• Installed New Light Fixtures Throughout
• Installed New Thermostat & Smart Smoke Detector

This washroom was completed for a longtime friend who wanted to refresh his main bathroom. It was a challenging project, as I had to work with leftover tiles from his parents’ renovation—just enough to get the job done, with no room for error. Every cut had to be precise, and every piece had to be flawless. With a bit of patience and extra care, I managed to pull it off—and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

A client of mine is in between changing over tenants for his rental property and needed to update the entire apartment. With kitchens and bathrooms being a focal point, it must look clean and modern. You don’t need a huge budget to bring a space back to life... all that was done here was: removed what wasn’t needed, replaced the toilet and vanity—along with the mirror, vanity light, baseboard and added some fresh paint!
