Caught Brandon heading out this morning and asked what he had on the go.

One of our clients tried snaking her own drain - which, honestly, makes total sense. It’s the kind of thing that looks straightforward.
But part of the snake broke off and got lodged inside the pipe, so now she has the original clog and a piece of metal stuck in her drain.

Brandon’s on his way to sort it out and get everything running properly again. No judgment here at all. DIY attempts are completely understandable - especially when you’re not sure if something is worth a service call or if you just want to try handling it yourself first.

We get it.

What we don’t want is for a small problem to quietly become a bigger one. A $200 fix can turn into a $800 fix when the situation becomes more complicated.

If you’re ever on the fence about whether something is worth a call, it usually costs nothing to ask.
