The reason this customer had their kitchen sink back the same day is a bracket.
Undermount sinks are held up by adhesive, and adhesive needs time to cure. So on a straight swap you are usually told to keep off it overnight. Instead we set a support bracket under the basin to carry the weight, then rebuilt the drain with a new trap and tailpiece and tied the dishwasher back in. Old basin out, new one in, quartz untouched, and the family had their kitchen back before dinner.
