A very proud moment for everyone involved with this terrific venture in Norman’s Cove-Long Cove to see it featured in The Globe and Mail! 🌊

I’m thrilled to have played a small part in the sale and development of these remarkable coastal properties and to watch the vision for The Tides to come to fruition. It's a pleasure to continue collaborating with these great folks. Thanks Sable Building and Design, George Mercer & Sons, Megan George Real Estate and Candace Sheaves for all of your brilliant efforts!

Be sure to check out the "Hidden Gems" article featured in The Globe and Mail, published August 12, 2026. 📰
