Commercial Renovation Spotlight

Right in the heart of Whistler Village, this interior fit-out transformed a commercial space into a functional, multi-use retail environment for EVO Rentals.

The layout brings together rental space, retail, and a coffee bar under one roof — designed to transition easily between purposes while keeping each area distinct and welcoming. Built for a busy village location, the space is set up to handle steady foot traffic without losing its sense of flow.

Yesterday our crew was working in the alpine pouring footings for the new MacBeth Hut!

Last week, the TM Builders team mobilized a new remote worksite for the construction of the Macbeth Hut.

Remote projects come with unique logistical challenges, and we thrive on the opportunity to find practical, efficient solutions in challenging environments.

Due to the short building window in the alpine, this project will be completed in two phases. The building foundations will be completed by fall 2026 and the new Hut is scheduled for completion fall 2027.

Continuing our tour of this Lakefront stunner — today we’re stepping into the primary suite.

This suite is the ultimate cozy retreat with a moody, layered palette that carries through the whole space.

In the bath, a natural stone-topped dual vanity anchors the room, paired with brass fixtures and calm, deep-hued artisanal tile.

A dedicated dressing area brings its own personality — unique wall coverings, custom millwork and soft, sculptural lighting.

Oversized upholstered chairs for reading and a sitting area oriented to enjoy the lake and mountain views outside round out the room.

More from this home soon.

Honoured to see this project featured in .

This home represents the outcome of a highly collaborative process — bringing together the homeowners’ vision, the creativity of an exceptional design team, and the dedication and craftsmanship of the construction and trades teams.

As builders, projects like this are so rewarding when the final result reflects not only thoughtful design, but the way our clients truly want to live. Creating spaces that feel personal, functional, and enduring is always the goal.

We’re incredibly proud of everyone who contributed, especially Quinn and the TM site crew. Their commitment and attention to detail were instrumental throughout the build.
