Experienced Painters – Whistler Squamish & Pemberton
Pretty Good Painting is expanding. We’re looking for professionals - not just painters.
Pretty Good Painting is growing rapidly across the Sea-to-Sky corridor.
We are currently hiring experienced painters based in Whistler and Squamish who can work in either location depending on job availability.

Who We’re Looking For
We care more about cultural fit than years on a résumé.
You are:
Experienced in residential and/or high-end projects
Detail-oriented and take real pride in your finish work
Clean, organized, and respectful of client homes
Punctual (early is on time)
Like moving and being outside
Are fit and capable.
Dependable and accountable
Service-focused — you understand that professionalism matters
Able to travel to job sites in Whistler and/or Squamish
Growth-minded and motivated
If you leave messy job sites, show up late, or blame others when things go sideways - this isn’t the place for you.
Our Model
We have both positions available, full time employment, contractor/piece work and managerial opportunities.
This allows flexibility and performance-based growth from day one.
After a 3–6 month probationary period, trajectory is determined based on:
Skill level
Reliability
Cultural fit
Leadership potential
For the right people, there is enormous opportunity:
- Contractor → Full-Time Team Member (with benefits) → Lead - - Painter → Project Manager → Admin / Leadership Roles.
We are expanding into new markets and building long-term careers - we are not just filling shifts.
Compensation
Remuneration is based on:
Experience
Performance
Completion of probationary period
$25-$45 per hour.
High performers are rewarded.
