At CVC, we’ve taken pre-construction planning to the next level.

Architectural and engineering drawings are the foundation of every build. Our pre-construction modelling takes those plans one step further by bringing them together in a detailed 3D model of how the home will actually be built.

This allows our project team to identify potential conflicts between the structure, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems before work begins on site.

It doesn’t replace the work of architects, engineers or designers. It helps preserve their vision through better coordination, fewer avoidable compromises and clearer planning.

For homeowners, that means fewer unknowns and greater confidence before construction begins.
