Initiates, coordinates, directs, and schedules site personnel to ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently and safely. Coordinates a multi-trade workforce to execute maintenance tasks, project work, and support plant shutdown and turnaround activities while ensuring compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise mechanical engineering activities across projects and maintenance operations, ensuring timely ex*****on of tasks and optimal utilization of manpower and resources. The role includes planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring adherence to engineering specifications and industry standards.
