This year, we're especially thankful for two groups of people: our customers, who've trusted us in their homes since 1987, and our team, who show up every day (and night) to keep those homes warm and running.

Our office will be closed on Monday, October 12 so our crew can spend the day with their families. Our 24/7 emergency service is still running, though. Our techs are on call around the clock. If something goes wrong, call 1-855-454-4546.

Yesterday, our team installed a brand new Lennox furnace for Tyniel through the Feel The Love program, sponsored by the LII Lennox Foundation.
 
Two furnace crews, a few extra helping hands and plenty of laughs later, Tyniel’s home is warm, quiet and ready for winter.

WE'RE HIRING A CONTENT CREATOR

Total Plumbing & Heating is looking for a Part-Time / Freelance Photographer & Social Media Content Creator to join us for a few months while we cover a maternity leave.

This isn't your typical 9-to-5. We want someone who can get out into the field with our crews across Edmonton, Westlock, and Kelowna and capture the real stuff: techs on the tools, installs in progress, behind-the-scenes moments, events, and everything in between.

What you'll be doing:

Photography + short-form video/social content (Reels, TikTok, the good stuff)
Visiting active jobsites to shoot our technicians, projects, and installs as they happen
Spotting the moments worth capturing, not everything needs to be staged, we want authentic over perfect

What you'll need:

Comfortable working around active construction/service environments
Steel-toe boots (required, we'll help you get set up if you need them)
Able to travel locally to jobsites as needed
A good eye and instinct for content, social media experience (IG/FB/Reels/TikTok) is a big asset
A portfolio or past work samples to show us what you've got

We'll provide the jobsite/safety training, you bring the creative eye.

Yesterday, We had the chance to join the Pattison team for an afternoon of customer appreciation, and they definitely knew how to host.

Great food and refreshments, live entertainment (including a magician! ), a tour of the NOW! Radio station, and even the chance to step into the voice booth to read and record a script.

But the best part was getting to connect with the people behind the work. Pattison takes a hands-on, partnership-focused approach with its clients, and it was great to finally put some names to faces and spend time with a team that does so much behind the scenes to support Total.

Thank you to the Pattison team for having us and for putting together such a fun afternoon.
