Lifting heavy components can be a dangerous game. Pre-planning is crucial to ensure a successful and safe lift. When lifts are not possible due to high wind speeds, we wait for a window and execute. Sometimes, that window may not come until a Saturday evening like this rotor lift in Manitoba.

Thanks Steve M for the great photo 👍

1. What motivates you to wake up and go to work?
That everyday you encounter something new, you truly never know what you are going to get. One day it may be a service call and the next day you may be doing a gearbox exchange and lifting a 100,000 lbs rotor.

It makes it interesting knowing you will probably be doing something different everyday!

Saint Leon

3. What are you most proud of?
Being able to pursue a career and have multiple years of experience in it already at such a young age

4. What is your personal motto?
Somebody has to do it, might as well be you

5. Do you have any hobbies?
I have lots of hobbies, from mountain biking and dirt biking in the summer, to snowmobiling and snowboarding in the winter. Pretty much anything that the gets the adrenaline going I enjoy

6. What’s something most people don’t know about you?
That I'm very competitive
