(It's lengthy I know, but worthy of a watch. And may I remind you, cinematographers we are not. Haha)
This is why quarterly filter maintence and a Duct Cleaning generally in 3-to-5 year intervals is so very, very important....especially for Ducted Heat Pump units (Central Air) to function properly.

These coils were absolutely plugged. No air was passing through this unit whatsoever. We see this on a regular basis and often much worse!!

Ran into this head-scratcher a few weeks back.
The builder connected the dryer vents of this facility to the rooftop attic vents.
So wrong on sooo many levels. Not just the dryer vent but in preventing the attic space from being properly ventilated. They clogged with lint likely within weeks of first being used, burst at the roof connection and have been spilling lint and hot, moist air from the dryer into a non-ventilated attic space for many years. Smh
If you catch your builder doing this there's a good chance you've hired the wrong team for your project.

Hi folks, Happy Autumn!
Well, we're still a week and a half away from the equinox but our Fall busy season is upon us.

In order to ensure service in your preferred time frame this Fall, we encourage you to reach out to secure a preferred date for the coming months sooner rather than later.
It won't be long before our schedule starts filling into Winter (and I like to hibernate as much as I can in the Winter months Haha).
