Key Employee – Residential Window & Door
Installer / Lead Hand
Wolf Creek Window & Door Solutions Ltd. is looking for a motivated, experienced individual to
become a key member of our growing team.
Qualifications & Experience
• Experience in residential glazing, window and door installation.
• Carpentry experience is considered a strong asset.
• Experience measuring windows, doors, and glass for replacement and new installations.
• Ability to plan projects and prepare work for efficient job ex*****on.
• Able to follow a daily schedule and complete assigned work orders on time.
• Comfortable acting as the liaison between customers and the Project Manager.
• Willing to mentor, train, and work alongside younger team members and apprentices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Training certificates and industry tickets (First Aid, Fall Protection, Lift Certification, etc.) are
considered assets.

• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, organized, and capable of taking ownership of projects.
