Our fabrication company is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Sales Representative with excellent customer service skills to join our team. The ideal candidate must be punctual, reliable, responsible, good at following direction, takes initiative, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain a high level of customer service for both walk in and corporate clients
• Address general inquiries, greeting and assisting all visitors/clients via phone, email or in person
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Basic bookkeeping duties including writing quotes/invoices, and receiving payments
• Keep reception area and showroom clean and presentable
Qualifications:
• Administrative assistant/Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
• Previous office experience in a construction related industry considered as asset
• Candidate must be proficient in using various types of computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe
PDF etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
• Must possess excellent communication and multitasking skills
• A positive proactive attitude and a strong work ethic is essential
Schedule: Full Time
Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30pm
