It’s been a while since we’ve posted an update, but what an incredible year it’s been! We’re so thankful for all of our wonderful clients who trusted us with their homes and projects.
We’re also grateful for our partnership with Troy of Prime Loyalty Landscaping; your reliability and teamwork played a huge role in this year’s success.
This season, we completed a wide range of Landscape Maintenance, Landscape Construction, and Landscape Design jobs — and we’re excited to share a few highlights.
‼️🚨 END-OF-YEAR CONSTRUCTION LABOUR SALE 🚨‼️
We’re currently offering a reduced construction labour rate of **$55.00/hour** (regularly **$80.00/hour**). We may have room to squeeze in one or two more projects before the snow arrives, so feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to fit you in!
Recent Project Spotlights:
1. Two-Tiered Retaining Wall
We installed a two-tiered wall with a fully tied in return wall as the first phase of a full backyard renovation. Installing the walls gained our clients hundreds of square feet of level, usable space where there was previously only a slope. Stay tuned next year to see the paver patio, gazebo, turf, and composite fencing installations!
2. Retaining Wall & Erosion Control
For our new client Yan, we installed a small two-block-high wall matching the existing developer block. This stopped the sloughing off of mulch and garden soil down the steep, unretained slope left after construction. We look forward to returning in spring to refresh the mulch and add new plantings!
3. Edging Installation & Yard Border Cleanup
For our wonderful repeat client Sheryl, we installed black plastic edging around the yard perimeter and along the serpentine transition from synthetic turf to garden bed. With no edging installed originally, materials had begun to mix and grasses/w**ds from the naturalized area were creeping into the yard. The new edging sharpens the borders and creates a clean, durable barrier.
