Washing with TSP, is the best way to remove the grease and grime, that kitchen cabinets can pick up over time.

Just in the process of finishing a couple of dozen kitchen cabinet fronts.
Wash, sand and re-wash, to remove grease and grime from the kitchen, and all that dust created from the sanding.

This small remodel that Martin's Paint & Finish is currently working on, is nearing completion.
Removing a wall, and making good the ceiling.
Relocating some kitchen cabinets and countertop, which has really expanded the kitchen, and even more importantly, given a lot more working area.
We've installed all new trim, all new baseboard, and new paint in the main living area, kitchen and main bathroom...and boy oh boy, what fantastic colour choices this homeowner made ❤️

The rest of this week, we're patching this hole in the ceiling, where we've removed a wall, to open up the kitchen.
The vapour barrier has been fixed, now for some drywall.
We've finished the floor, including installing this electrical outlet in the floor, so let's get this ceiling finished, so we can start replacing the old trim and baseboard, before finishing this Reno with paint!
