This powder room received a complete redo—from new flooring and fresh paint to a shiplap feature wall, custom-made vanity and matching wood shelves.

The third and final bathroom is taking shape! 🔨

Tile installation is underway on the last bathroom of this three-bathroom renovation in Rose Valley, West Kelowna. These large-format tiles are bringing the floor and shower together with warm veining and a clean, cohesive look.

Still plenty of work ahead, but we’re excited to see it coming together. Stay tuned for the finished bathrooms and before-and-after reveal!

Big delivery and another step forward on this full interior renovation! 🚚

With flooring wrapping up, a large order of stain-grade trim and interior doors has arrived as we move into the finishing phase. These are the details that will start bringing the whole home together.

One home, a lot of updates. 🏡

We’ve added our McKinley Landing renovation to the website! This project brought together a bathroom remodel, new basement and stair flooring, a full interior repaint, and updated kitchen hardware.

A little extra comfort is going into this bathroom renovation.

We had extra heating cable available, so we extended the heated floor into the shower for our client at no additional cost. The shower is still taking shape, but it’s a detail they’ll appreciate every day once the bathroom is finished.

Throwback to this deck transformation! 🔨

We expanded the existing deck and added a custom overhead structure, privacy screens and warm lighting—turning an underused area into an inviting outdoor space for dining, relaxing and entertaining.

A well-planned deck should feel like a natural extension of the home, and this one came together beautifully.

Framing complete on this major renovation.

We opened up the existing roofline and reworked the structure to create a much more open connection to the outdoors, including a new covered front entrance and covered patio.

A lot of structural work goes into making changes like this look simple when they’re finished. Great progress on this one.
