This clients sump pump unfortunately decided to quit and flood their basement. We were able to get in there and replace it as well as add a water level alarm to minimize the chances of it happening again!

Another day, another PRV(Pressure Reducing Valve) replacement. Not only was it leaking, it had also failed internally allowing the pressure in this customers home to creep up to 130psi. By code, the pressure inside your home should be set between 40-80psi. Glad we could get in there quick and get things back to normal! 😬

Out with the old, in with the new… The old gas regulator had sprung a leak so we quickly replaced it with a new one. Ready for grilling once again. 🔥🍔🔥

Well that’s a wrap on this bathroom Reno. The homeowners decided to replace their old and dated one-piece tub/shower with this very nice looking walk-in, tiled shower.
