Be careful working around power lines!!
Customer called and said their tenants had half power!!
Went to the site and this is what I found!
It was a road construction going on for a few months on the street they lived on!!
It appears that some sort of excavation equipment or front end load may have came in contact with the overhead power lines!!
Called Welland Hydro and they came out and replace the old power line with a new one!!
Had to inspect the main service , secure the mast and replace the service entrance insulator.
