The father son duo just finished a big facelift to this property. We built a custom entertainment unit from scratch. Revamped three bedrooms with some drywall skimming, painting, new floors, customer closet organizers, and built some Ikea closet units as well. We also installed some beautiful picture frame trim and chair rail to really make the rooms pop. In one of the bedrooms there was a leak, homestyle Renovations were able to find it and in doing so discovered that the roof of these clients needed a new life. Doing this gave the clients comfort knowing that this issue is now resolved especially going into the Canadian winters. Lastly, clients wanted some floating shelves. We said no problem we can do that for you. Overall this project was one to remember and we are forever grateful to the clients trusting us in their home.

Another one in the books for our lovely clients! On this project we removed the old windows, fixed all the rot issues from improper capping and sealing. The stud cavities were then re-insulated, we added new studs and sills where required, added blueskin, and then installed all new windows and finished the capping off nice!!

Another project in the books which means another satisfied customer. Our client reached out to us regarding her large deck that definitely needed a revamp. We replaced some rotten posts and skirting, installed all new railings, built a gate, along with re capping the stairs and adding a new rim joist along the perimeter of the deck. Check the photos to see the transformation!

This was one of our bigger projects that we had the pleasure of working on. Our clients had an old modular 3 season cottage that they wanted to live in full time. By the time we were done it became a 4 season cottage. We completed all the interior framing, the drywall and taping. We also installed all the doors and windows. On top of that we installed all the baseboard, tongue and groove and built all our window jambs custom. As for the flooring, we installed a vinyl glue down flooring. On the outside of the building we installed all new fascia, the caping, board and Batton siding along with the skirting underneath. Finally, to give us proper R value and protection, the entire exterior of the cottage received styrofoam and tyvek wrap. For similar results, call us today. Brian Richard 905-414-9147

A man is not a craftsman unless he can make with his hands what he imagines with his mind. That my friends is what HomeStyle Renovations did on this project. Our clients gave us a general idea of an entertainment unit that they wanted but had no blue, prints, or plans but only a sole picture from Pinterest. So we went to the drawing board, took alot of measurements and set up the laser level for a perfect symmetrical layout of the shelving. We started by removing the old unit down and framing while accounting for the size of the tv, and fire place. The fire place heat output was minimal as per the manufacturer's manual which is why we used drywall. We taped, primed and painted the drywall once sanding was completed. Afterwards we installed the baseboard and oak tongue and groove panelling. The outcome was amazing and our clients could not have been more pleased. A recent job completed by Homestyle Renovations. Our clients wanted to modernize their basement and make it more appealing. We came in and removed all panelling, added insulation, super 6 poly, boarded, taped and primed. Client also wanted a partition wall built to divide the living space and a bedroom. Upstairs in the kitchen we had to complete a level 5 skim to fix the grooves created by the old plaster boards. Overall the project went as planned and the customers were happy.
