GPSR - Property Maintenance

GPSR - Property Maintenance Property Maintenance in Port Severn, Whites Falls and surrounding areas!

04/13/2026

As the snow melts and we transition into Spring, GPSR Property Maintenance wants to extend a heartfelt thank you for your continued trust and support throughout this record-breaking winter. This season presented unprecedented challenges, with our area experiencing historic levels of snowfall accumulation. Despite these conditions, our team remained committed to doing their absolute best.

This year also marked a period of significant growth for GPSR. Expanding our operations while navigating the toughest winter to date was no small feat, and we're incredibly proud of our team's dedication and hard work.

Looking ahead to next winter, we're excited to announce several improvements designed to enhance our services. We're switching from Jobber to Aurora Suite Enterprise, a Canadian-owned company that offers live tracking, so you can monitor our progress in real-time. Please note that this transition, along with an unforeseen office flood that temporarily took our main computer offline, has caused some delays in processing new quotes and renewals. We appreciate your patience as we worked through these challenges.

Additionally, we've added a new sanding and plow truck to our fleet, bringing our total to three trucks, which will significantly speed up our overall operation. Our tractors will undergo off-season updates to improve their performance and safety. We're also excited to introduce new upgrades for our snow blowers, featuring a new style of attachment that we've been researching and developing to improve the quality of our work.

Thank you once again for choosing GPSR Property Maintenance.

We value your business and look forward to serving you again next winter!

Route Update:

Our crews are out and about! South of Port Severn, Severn Falls & Big Chute area have been plowed. Next up is Whites Falls & North of Port Severn.

See you soon!

Well…This is something we dont experience often anymore! It appears that the storm has almost entirely missed the Big Chute, Whites Falls & Severn Falls area. Port Severn has roughly 3.5-5cm. It’s crazy how went from a forecast calling for 15-20cm to getting almost nothing!

I’m sure there’s one more big storm in the tank, there’s still a good chunk of winter left.
