Our final house in Emerald Greens (Listowel, ON) closes this week! Now that we are officially sold out that brings our 3rd phase of this development to a close! We have had a lot of fun building homes in this area for over a decade so it's certainly bittersweet to be wrapping things up!

Every year we host a fun-filled day of Golf at the Listowel Golf Club! With the help of our guests and sponsors we have been able to take the proceeds and give back to this wonderful organization. If you aren't familiar the North Perth Community Hospice they aim to enrich the quality of all stages of life through collaboration, education, and support of hospice palliative care.

This year we are reaching out to our community to help us with our fundraising efforts!
