A second generation builder, Bart's father was a developer and he learned the construction and trades process hands-on at his father's knee. Bart is a Director of the Simcoe County Canadian Home Builders Association and has worked full time in the design, building, procurement and management of building construction for over twenty five years. Chase Custom Homes is a fully accredited member of Renomark and a member of the Greater Barrie Home Builders Association Simcoe County. Bart began working with his father in the building industry in 1989 in Wasaga Beach, Ontario. He learned as much as he could by working with several builders at all levels of the industry over the next ten years. He began to acquire clients for a few small renovations along the way and from there decided to become a custom builder in 1999. Since then, Bart has built custom homes in Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, The Town of Blue Mountains, Muskoka, Toronto, Bolton and the surrounding areas. His favourite is a sprawling 9000 square foot home in Baby Point, Toronto. Bart prides himself in being able to deliver homes to his customers on time as he works very closely with them listening to their requests. Bart is honest and reliable and looks forward to continuing his business for many more years.
