Another happy customer in the books! 🔨🚪

For this project, we removed the customer’s existing one-piece garage door, reframed the opening, capped the new jambs, and installed a brand-new garage door complete with an operator.

🔧 A lift table that wouldn’t lift — and a leak hiding underneath!

We were called in because the lift table wasn’t lifting. While troubleshooting the issue, we noticed hydraulic fluid bubbling up through the concrete. 💧

We disconnected the hydraulic hose and pulled it out for inspection, and found the culprit — a tear in the hose that was causing the hydraulic fluid to leak out.

We headed to a local supplier for a new hose and fittings, drained the existing hydraulic fluid, installed the new line, and refilled the system with fresh fluid.

A few hours later, the lift table was back up and running! 💪

Another problem found, repaired, and equipment back in service. That’s what we call a good day on the job!

🏒🥅The old rink in town had a door that needed some TLC ❤️‍🩹

The main concern was safety, this portal isn’t used often but when it is being utilized it’s for means of pedestrian traffic.👷‍♂️

✅This full vertical door got upgraded from manual to automatic with a LiftMaster model 98032.

✅ We also changed the bottom fixtures to a safety bottom bracket and replaced the perimeter weather seals.
