Clear Lake main beach recently got an upgrade! We built a new 16’x24’ cook shack and a 16’x20’ change building. The change building has 4 stalls with benches inside as well as outside. The cook shack features large pass through openings on 2 sides so it can be utilized for the day use site, as well as provide a great view of the lake!

We have had great fall weather to get some concrete work completed. We completed some large interior house floors, driveways, patios, sidewalks, retaining walls, a dump station pad with bollards, and more over the last few weeks!

Our team designed this concrete slab for mixing chemicals. We incorporated rolled curbing, for vehicle access to load, and drainage points that open to allow rainfall to move to the drains and off of the surface of the slab when not in use, and closed when mixing chemicals on the slab to allow for containment and easy cleanup in the event of a spill

We recently completed this 32’x34’ garage package. It sits on an engineered concrete slab, with 14’ tall walls, and large 12’x12’ doors that will give this homeowner plenty of space for parking vehicles and equipment, and provide ample storage space!

We recently completed this 6338 square foot ICF foundation for a large new build in the MD of Wainwright. We will also be back on site to complete all of the concrete flatwork on this project!

This machine has served us well over the last 10 years, and during a cold snap this winter we made time to give it a much needed refresh!

We have been busy this fall putting up garages in Wainwright and the surrounding area. Here is a turnkey garage package we just wrapped up for a customer, as well as a 28’x30’ garage with a 16’ covered patio area that we poured the foundation for and completed the framing!

Earlier this fall we poured retaining walls, grade beams, piles, and a rear parking pad and curbing at this property, and recently we returned to complete their driveway, stairs, sidewalks, and back patio area!
