UPDATE - JULY 2, 4:30pm

The landfill will re-open tomorrow, July 3, regular hours.

The regular Friday residential run will go ahead as usual.

For the missed Tuesday-Thursday routes this week we will try to get as many of you picked up as possible. Please put your cans out by the road asap. We will get to them as soon as we can. Our truck will be out late Friday evening and again Saturday morning if necessary.

PLEASE NOTE - if your can has already been dumped this week, please take it in from the road. Getting our communities back on schedule will be tight as it is without having to stop unnecessarily for cans that don’t need to be dumped.

UPDATE JULY 2, 2026

The landfill remains closed this morning. Our residential truck still had a little room left and our driver is now out picking up as much as he can until the truck is full.

Once the landfill is open again we will resume regular pick up schedule.

LANDFILL CLOSED JUNE 30th DUE TO WILDFIRE

The landfill is closed this morning due to the wildfire in the area. We are collecting residential garbage today until we fill our trucks. Once the landfill re-opens we will be able to empty the trucks and resume residential collection.
