Another deck top to refinish. Owners pressure washed it last year. So I went ahead and sanded this one down as well. Went along and drove down screws as they were protruding up almost 1/8”. Had to replace approximately 250-300 screws. Then two coats of stain!

Time to refinish the deck! Sanded all the boards down. Two coats of stain!

Got the chance to put together and install a steam shower! The parts supplied and the instruction manual didn’t exactly coincide so it was a bit of a head scratcher lol. But never the less, got it together. I would recommend a second person to help install. All hooked up and ready for power.

Quick little tile repair. Shower failed and the new one will have the drain in a different spot. Plastic up to keep the dust out, was pretty cramped in there to work and have the vacuum in there to keep the dust to a minimum. Even tho there was water on the subfloor at one point the tiles were still adhered well. Now they just have to wait for the new shower and the plumbers!
