Another project nearing the finish line.

At Siskin Ridge in Langford, we delivered full civil servicing and site works for a phased 20-unit townhome development, including water, sanitary and storm services, site grading, road works, and a Redi-Rock retaining wall at the site entrance.

Heavy rock conditions added complexity from day one, requiring ongoing problem-solving through excavation and retaining wall construction. Now, with Blocks 2 and 3 moving through final occupancy sign-off, the project is entering its final stages.

Roadwork is about more than pavement.

Before asphalt is placed, crews need to prepare a stable base, manage drainage, and make sure grading is correct throughout the site. Skipping steps early can lead to settling, cracking, and costly repairs later on.

For this project on Cook Street, we delivered the underground electrical and communications infrastructure for an upcoming mixed-use development in Victoria.

Working alongside Aragon and BC Hydro, our team completed trenching, duct banks, conduit installation, backfill, compaction, and surface restoration. Careful coordination within a tight urban site ensured the infrastructure was fully compliant and ready for timely energization.

At the Tillicum project, our planning process includes everything from trench protection systems and traffic management to utility coordination and crew scheduling. By identifying risks early and developing clear procedures before work begins, we help create safer worksites and more efficient project delivery.
