Deck project located in royal bay colwood built by Waterman Construction before and after ( new deck is shown first ) pictures. We removed the plywood on the old deck but saved most of the joists over the garage with the exception of the last 6’0” as they switch direction to achieve the cantilever in two directions. New deck is roughly 600 sqft and with the cantilever over the garage we gained an amazing view of victoria making the extra work well worth it. Also replaced the sliding glass door with french doors that swing out to really make it feel like an extension of the living space. @ Royal Bay
