ABOUT PACIFIC CABINETS

Pacific Cabinets is a local cabinet manufacturing company, proudly serving Vancouver Island and the Southern Gulf Islands since 1984. We are experts in all custom cabinet design, and bring over 50 years of combined industry knowledge to our customers. We also have a friendly dog, Gill, who is part of our team!

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

Answering the telephone

Meeting and greeting any visitors / clients, etc.

General office administration support

Supporting the Office Manager and Sales staff in any facility requirements

Sorting incoming and outgoing mail

Maintaining and monitoring emails and voicemails

Purchase and Sales ledger using QuickBooks

Payroll using QuickBooks

Banking when required

Maintaining company website and social media accounts

Showroom cleaning and housekeeping, filing etc.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Receptionist/Admin Assistant is required

• Friendly personality

• Good work ethic - willing to take on all tasks

• Professional telephone manner

• Excellent attention to detail

• Team player

• Good knowledge and experience of QuickBooks, MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

$15-$18 per hour dependant on experience. Benefits available after 3 months.

The right candidate will be required to be organised, friendly and approachable with a 'can do’ attitude. The individual should be able to multi-task and have excellent time-keeping.
