Nothing makes us happier than satisfied clients! Here's what James and Rosalie Queen had to say about their recent home makeover. 🏡❤️
"My family sends its thanks and appreciation in this letter of recommendation for work your company did on our house. We had seen the excellent work your company had done in restoring a home in our neighborhood. We were determined to have you assess what work was needed in our home and to give us options and cost. Your appraisals were fair and complete. You showed us what needed to be done, why and, in many cases you recommended work to avoid future issues. Our project was a major renovation transforming what was a cold rundown back room in the house to a fully functioning living area with utilities. This entailed your having to remove all exterior walls, constructing a suitable foundation, building new walls, new windows and door, interior wall construction and replacing tiled floors and, water and power services.
All this while preserving the roof we had recently replaced for the whole house. We are today extremely happy with the workmanship and most importantly, with the completed project including time and cost. Your company began this as a renovation project and by the time it completed, we considered you, Victor and Roger as friends and good island neighbors.
