The report took some time to complete (as many good companies do), the advised repairs to be done were honestly assessed. Great review from Rob... "Right from the start Vincent and his Roof Rider team surpassed my expectations. First off, the communication was excellent. The foreman, Kevin kept me informed when they would arrive and start working and also let me know during the day when they would leave each day. They kept my driveway tidy and clean as there was a lot of equipment, supplies to be used. When they were finished, they took me on a walk around to ensure I was satisfied with their work and the cleanup. I really appreciated Vincent’s visit to ensure I was happy with the work and if I had any questions or comments. Really amazing Customer Service!! I will definitely suggest using them to anyone that I know. Thanks!!"
