We are thrilled to announce that Banyan has been awarded the contract for the concrete formwork of the NAV CANADA Victoria Airport New Control Tower Project!

This state-of-the-art tower will rise approximately seven meters higher than the current structure and will offer a 360-degree control cab with stunning views of the Patricia Bay floatplane base, the airport, and surrounding areas. Equipped with cutting-edge communications, aviation surveillance, and air traffic management systems, this project will set a new standard for air traffic control facilities.
Notably, this will be NAV CANADA’s first-ever LEED-certified tower, powered entirely by clean electricity from B.C. Hydro, resulting in zero greenhouse gas emissions.

We are excited to collaborate with on bringing this landmark project to life!
