We recently completed a beautiful interior refresh for a modern condominium near Victoria’s harbour. From extensive drywall repairs and meticulous surface prep to the final coat of paint in the living areas, bedrooms, and hallways, our team at Alive Contracting Inc focused on delivering a flawless finish. When the homeowners decided to change their colour palette mid-project, we were happy to pivot to ensure their vision came to life. We take pride in our work and always prioritize being respectful neighbours within the building. Are you looking to refresh your own space? Reach out to us today to get started!

We believe everyone deserves a home that is both beautiful and fully accessible. Our team at Alive Contracting Inc recently completed this custom wheelchair ramp in Victoria, BC, designed to provide safe, seamless entry and exit for the residents. We focused on durability by using pressure-treated lumber and finished it with a weather-resistant sealant to stand up to our local climate. The addition of custom skirting and sleek black balusters ensures the structure blends perfectly with the home's exterior aesthetic. If you are looking to improve the accessibility of your property with professional craftsmanship, reach out to us today. We would love to discuss how we can help.
