20 rooftop units. Five buildings. Five days.

Our commercial team just wrapped the heavy lift on one of our biggest RTU replacement projects of the year: a full changeout across a busy retail centre, with tenants open for business the entire time.

Weeks of planning, detailed scheduling, daily communication with ownership, and a crew that showed up early and executed all week. Every tenant space was back up and running on schedule.

We’re currently mid-construction on a large multi-family project in Colwood where our team is responsible for the supply and install of nearly 200 Mitsubishi heat pump systems - including layout, design, supply, and complete installation.
