Progress is coming along at Douglas Grove.

Designed to make the most of the lot and perfect for both everyday living and entertaining, this traditional craftsman style home makes indoor-outdoor living more than a design choice. It’s a home built around a lifestyle.

Here’s a look at the vision behind our completed Hamiota project.

Woven thoughtfully into its surroundings, this multi-unit townhome development blends seamlessly into Oak Bay. These homes feature optimized energy efficiency, tall two-storey ceilings, and two road frontages allowing private driveways for each unit. With exceptional design and a focus on livability, Hamiota strikes the perfect balance between elevated style and everyday comfort.

We are proud of the work that Cade and the team have done to make this space a reality.

Built on sand, this project requires careful planning and a thoughtful approach to the foundation. These are the details behind the scenes that make it possible to bring a vision to life!

Designed with gathering in mind, our Douglas Grove project has been thoughtfully considered down to the smallest detail. From the use of 18-inch floor trusses to neatly conceal mechanical services to cast-iron vertical plumbing stacks that help minimize sound, every choice contributes to a home that feels as considered as it is comfortable. With its clean lines and traditional Craftsman character, it’s a home made for welcoming others and sharing life together. We’re excited to be part of bringing this incredible home to life.
