My partner was in an office for 20 minutes. Bear was in an open topped jeep , in a netted enclosure. Our son had food, water and shade at 10:30 a.m. this morning when he was taken!

We are heart sick

We are BEGGING TO GET OUR SON HOME! HE IS OUR FAMILY🙏"

‼️‼️Update 3:11 PM.  we have had several reports of the person in the photograph and the dog entering Tim Hortons at approximately 10:40 AM this morning the person was reportedly looking for the guardian of the dog.
BEARS people are there now trying to find out if they can get any more information regarding this person who has Bear

 UPDATE 2 PM photo of the person who took the dog from the vehicle in comments.

‼️‼️This person may have thought they were doing the right thing, but it has been approximately four hours now ,the dog is fully tagged and should have been handed over to the authorities by now

Little Bear was taken out of his guardians vehicle at approximately 10:30 AM Friday, July 28 Langford. He was wearing his leash and harness..
Video close circuit television shows a woman mid 40s reach in and open his jeep, netting and remove Bear from the vehicle . The woman, then headed towards W. Shore Parkway with BEAR on a leash.
