We added a shed dormer to add a main bathroom and convert the old main bathroom into an ensuite.

We also built an addition off the back of the house to increase the kitchen size and add a significant outdoor entertaining space.

As Reno’s typically do, that scope grew into new siding and bringing this house up to modern structural and energy efficiency standards!
