A beautiful remodel of a Bathroom/Laundry in this main floor suite of a multi unit rental home.

Our goal was to increase space and storage in this odd layout. We achieved this by converting the tub to a shower, shrinking the pony wall to increase walking space between shower and vanity, increasing the size of the vanity to a 36” and added cabinets in the previously unused space between the pony wall and adjacent chimney.

All work completed by Watershed Plumbing & Gas in conjunction with R&R Renovations.

A cheeky little walk through powder room installation in place of the old laundry/mechanical room. Laundry machines moved to the opposite side of the wall from the toilet, and the water heater was relocated to the Garage.
