Here we cored a new water main through the foundation wall then installed and insulated the pipework.

PSA 🚨 Did you know coffee grounds are as bad as putting bacon grease down your kitchen sink?

Years of pouring coffee grounds and grease down this sink caused havoc for the drainage system.

We tried augering the drainage pipe but that made little improvement to the drainage. Finally the decision was made to replace and regrade the pipework.

Hope you have already eaten!!! 😅

Please enjoy this quick time lapse prepping the new location of the plumbing manifold. It was a lot of fun putting my questionable carpentry skills to the test. Can’t wait to see what the finished product looks like.
