At White Wolf Homes, there are two owners, and that’s by design.
Most people know Kyle is leading the charge in the field. He’s on site, in the details, driving schedules, managing budgets, solving problems, and communicating with clients every step of the way. His pulse on every project is second to none, and his ability to keep complex projects moving while maintaining relationships has become one of the foundations of our success.
What many people don’t see is Ashley behind the scenes.
With more than 15 years of experience growing businesses that relied heavily on recruiting and developing high-performing teams, she understood something early on: experience alone doesn’t build a great company. Character does.
That’s why our focus has never been just hiring skilled people. It’s been hiring the right people.
The people who care.
The people who communicate.
The people who take ownership.
The people who treat every client’s home like it matters.
Because when you have two owners deeply involved in different sides of the business, you develop a strong pulse on your team—not just what they do, but who they are. Their strengths. Their personalities. Their families. The human side of them.
And when people feel valued, supported, and trusted, they show up differently.
That’s the culture we’ve worked hard to build.
A wolf pack isn’t successful because of one wolf. It’s successful because every member of the pack has each other’s backs.
Our team cares deeply about the work, about our clients, and about each other.
And everyone who spends time around White Wolf can feel it.
We’re not trying to be the biggest.
We’re trying to build something different.
