Completed last year, qʷɫaʔəléutxʷ (Camas House) is the first member housing built on Songhees reserve land since 2005.

Working closely with Songhees Nation, and with support from CMHC, BC Housing and the CRD, we we developed and constructed 66 affordable, purpose-built rental homes for Nation members.

The building’s exterior features a mural by Songhees Nation artist Tulsimiyē (Eva George), creating a landmark rooted in cultural storytelling.

It was a privilege to support the development of these new homes—a project by Songhees Nation, for Songhees Nation.

How many developers can say they can walk to all their jobs?

Last year, we worked with the local team Paper Heart Films Paper Heart Films to capture who we are, what we do and what we believe—that great cities don’t happen by accident.

Our Aryze & Shine softball team just wrapped up their second season in the Victoria Sport & Social Club league, and the growth showed—big improvements across the board landed us a spot in the playoffs.

The team was built around a core group of dedicated Aryze employees, with awesome friends and family jumping in whenever we needed an extra glove in the field. And win or lose, the season was full of non-stop laughs and great camaraderie from start to finish.
