Finally able to call this one done, well 95% done. The project included taking out the old fireplace and replacing it, adding a plug up the wall, mounting the TV, building a new mantle and surround, adding wall tile, flooring, pot lights on dimmers and fresh paint on either side. Lots of lessons learned but happy to call it 95% complete and start enjoying the space.

Some updates on the bathroom renovation- things are going well - Electrician in tomorrow, tile finally picked out for both the walls and floor, and shower base installed with plumbing complete - next up is to add the heated flooring and tile before I can get the vanity, mirrors and lights in. Been quite the project and learned a ton!
