The Waste Connections of Canada project included a modernized front entrance featuring updated tile details and warm wood accents at the reception area, refreshed offices, updated meeting spaces, and a fresh coat of paint throughout the upstairs areas and exterior frontage, delivering a refreshed, cohesive space that reflects quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Nearly a century after it was first built, the Dunlop House is entering its next chapter.

Built in 1928, this heritage building has long been a landmark on Camosun College’s Lansdowne Campus. Brenric is proud to be helping preserve its legacy through exterior restoration work, along with interior renovations to the kitchens and basement.

Heritage projects are about more than construction. They require respect for the craftsmanship that came before, while carefully preparing the building for years to come.

We’re honoured to play a part in preserving this piece of local history.
