RAI Contracting is hiring a Demolition Supervisor.
We’re looking for someone with real hands-on demolition experience who can confidently manage a crew of up to 8–10 workers and keep the site organized from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include supervising daily demolition and deconstruction work, assigning tasks to the crew, keeping required site documentation and safety paperwork prepared and up to date, maintaining a clean and organized worksite, making sure work is completed according to site procedures and safety requirements, and communicating clearly with management and other contractors.

We move fast, but we do not cut corners.
Experience with demolition, deconstruction, waste management and site coordination is required. If you are also fully trained and experienced operating excavators, that skill will be recognized with additional pay on top of your regular wages.
This is a 2-month temporary position starting October 1st, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.
