Almost wrapped up on this one in Langford.

12mm frameless glass railing from Westcana Railing out of Vancouver paired with TimberTech Legacy composite decking in Whitewash Cedar with Espresso picture framing throughout.

Clean sightlines, low maintenance, and a seriously high-end finish.

A lot of detail work went into this build to keep everything flowing properly around the glass, borders, and transitions. Really happy with how this one is coming together.

Frameless glass completely changes the feel of a space once it goes in. The deck suddenly feels bigger, cleaner, and the view becomes the focal point instead of the railing.

Tight lines, clean transitions, and a view that speaks for itself.
This one came together with a full composite surface, contrasting picture frame, and custom angle work to tie everything in clean. Frameless glass keeps it wide open, aluminum railing adds the structure, and the privacy wall finishes it off where it matters.
Details are everything on a build like this — clean mitres, consistent spacing, and no shortcuts.
Built to look good from every angle and hold up long term.

Most guys would’ve built a deck here and called it a day.
We cut the entire yard out, poured a slab and added a lap pool (under the tarp).
Everything had to be planned around that — structure, layout, access, drainage, all of it was planned around that pool.

Next, the hot tub and railing, then the sauna. Almost there.

Clean lines and a full waterfall finish on this staircase 🔥
We ran a two-tone setup with espresso borders and whitewash cedar treads to give it that sharp contrast and make each step pop. Instead of mitres, the waterfall boards are heat-formed and folded down each step—no visible seams on the faces, just one continuous flow from tread to riser.
This is the kind of detail that takes time to get right, but it’s what separates a standard build from a high-end finish.

Waterfall staircase coming soon. This one turned out really clean — I cut reliefs into the back of the board and used heat to bend it around the 45 instead of trying to force a joint. Way better finish and everything stays tight around the corner.

Steep slopes don’t have to mean ugly fences.
This custom cedar fence was built to follow the natural grade of the yard while keeping the lines clean and consistent from every angle. Each panel was stepped to match the slope, with a horizontal privacy topper to add airflow, light, and a more modern look.
